The Boat Doctors are the real deal!  My name is Wes Schulz and I have a 55 foot ultralight racing sailboat, KOKOMO, in Traverse City.  My first experience with the Boat Doctors was several years ago when they helped me out with an alternator problem - at 7 AM on a Sunday morning!!!

When it came time to replace fuel, water and waste tanks on KOKOMO, they provided me with a fair estimate. After a complex design and installation process they delivered and installed four custom tanks.

Wanted to write and let you know that our customers have all been very happy with the service they have received from your company. As you know, we have many transient guests that are “on the go” and need immediate attention when they have a problem. You both have been there in very short notice and ready to work.

Scott, not only have you been prompt in attending to our guests, but you have also been very conscientious about your work. Our customers know they can trust your work and integrity to fix the problem correctly, not the most expensive way, but the proper way. This is important as these folks are in need of service and could be susceptible to being over-charged in order to get the job done in a timely manner. As this is not the way you do business, our customers specifically request your company perform any repairs they may need. Those who have not needed your services during prior visits have expressed the “first time impression” of your service as great. As you know, our customers become loyal to your company and prefer to have their work done while in Frankfort rather than any other port they visit.

As you know, I have a lot of work to complete before summer arrives, but I wanted to take this moment to share with you those thoughts that have been shared with me by our guests (your customers).
